I am so glad you are here! I’m Sarah, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and Certified Athletic Trainer.  After my own physical challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, I knew I wanted to help other moms navigate similar challenges to feel strong and confident in their body during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond!
I have been a physical therapist for 12 years.  I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Arcadia University.  I received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Athletic Training from Millersville University .  I have advanced training in pelvic health and obstetrics through Herman and Wallace, American Physical Therapy Association, and Core Exercise Solutions. I also have a Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association.
I focus on giving you the tools and information to heal and feel like yourself again!
I am a wife and boy mom x 2 and enjoy spending time with my family, the beach, sports, and exercising!

MEET DR. SARAH KROTULSKI, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC

Hi! I’m Gaby, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a birth doula. I started my career working in a skilled nursing facility where I gained valuable experience, but realized I wanted to focus my career on more specialized care. This led me to pursue additional training in pelvic health through Herman and Wallace, American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Core Exercise Solutions, and the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

In addition to my work as a physical therapist, I am also a birth doula! Supporting individuals though pregnancy and childbirth has truly deepened my understanding of not only the physical changes that occur during this time, but also the mental and emotional changes. It therefore allows me to provide more compassionate care to my patients.

I earned my undergraduate degree from New York Institute of Technology, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. I am committed to continuing my education to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based care!

My approach to treatment focuses on education and empowerment. My goal is to create an environment where all my patients feel heard and understood during their healing journey.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me trying out random new hobbies— I recently took a beginner to throwing pottery class (it was very challenging, but fun!). I also enjoy spending time with my husband and our wild German Shepherd/Husky mix, Branca.

I’m Kendra, Patient Care Coordinator for Mother Recover. I help support scheduling, patient communication, and the behind-the-scenes details that help create a positive and welcoming experience from the very first point of contact.

I bring years of experience supporting small business owners in executive assistant and office support roles, with a strong background in administration, communication, and client care. After welcoming my third child, I transitioned into an entrepreneurial role and founded Kendra Rothermel LLC, where I provide administrative, marketing, and business support services to small business owners.

I love helping create systems and support that make life feel a little easier and more organized, and I’m so excited to be part of the Mother Recover team supporting moms through every stage of their journey.

I live in Pottstown with my husband, Andrew, and our three young boys. When I’m not working, you can usually find me reading, at the ball field, or making memories with my family.I
